It is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) educational and spiritual organization in the United States of America since Jan 2007. The ashram is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. Contributions to the ashram are deductible under section 170 of the Code.
